Natalie Guerrero is an Afro‑Latina writer, essayist, and literary producer who lives in Los Angeles. After working in publishing at HarperCollins and WME Books, she transitioned into TV and film development with MACRO and M88, scouting and shepherding book adaptations. Guerrero is also a celebrated essayist, contributing to anthologies and magazines including Hungry Hearts, Electric Literature, Goop, Byline, and Blavity. Her debut novel My Train Leaves at Three (July 2025) follows Xiomara, a young Afro‑Latina navigating grief, identity, and power in New York’s theater world—drawing on Guerrero’s own experiences as a former child actor. The novel explores themes of sisterhood, trauma, and self‑discovery. Natalie co‑authored Walking in My Joy with actress Jenifer Lewis and has been recognized as a panelist at literary festivals. She balances her writing with serving as Director of The Writers’ Colony and continues developing fiction for stage and screen.
